Catch up (of sorts)

So what’s happened since my last update … ummm …
Loads of work has gone on at the house. It’s now completely wall and ceiling-less, all the rubbish has been cleared up and dumped in the garden ready for rubbish collection man ‘n’ van to arrive. End of the month will result in a stack load of plaster board and other materials being ordered.
Fortunately, in order to supplement all this building stuffs, I’ve sold about another 30 things on eBay in the last 2 months (out of about 90 listed) – another free listing weekend coming up, and I’m not working on the first day. With any luck, I’ll be able to shift a bit more this weekend.
This will allow for some more cash to fund the house project, as well as lightening my personal (unused) possession load too !!
Sometime soon, I’ll also be getting my arse in gear to sorting out the pictures on here … soon. :-p

Success (sort of)

Well out of the 23 items that I managed to list on eBay (before the end of their free listing session), 7 sold !!
But that’s 7 less things I’ve got here, and a bit of cash in the old bank account …
I did notice another free listing session coming up on “the bay” – motors … cars may well be on there soon – watch this space.

Been a while …

Most of the For Sale items are up. Now they all need pictures and prices. In order to (attempt to) speed up the selling, I took advantage of eBays free listing weekend. However, it fell during a working weeked for my, and as such, I only managed to get 23 items listed.
Each item that I manage to list, has a link to the eBay item. Or alternatively, you can view the whole list HERE
The reason not everything has a picture yet and the are no more snaps in the Photos section, is because my gallery software refuses to let me tag anymore images – I am working on a solution.
The Charity page has also been updated, following the recent volcano activity in Iceland.
